A quick post on this second “Pinksteren” day (national holiday in Holland). A quick and easy glutenfree buckwheat banana pancake recipe with only 3 ingredients, perfect for sunday brunch.
Here it is:
3 Ingredients buckwheat banana pancake
1 ripe banana
100 gr buckwheat flower
200 ml unsweetend almondmilk
(coconut oil to bake & a pinch of salt to add in the batter)
How to make
^^^1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If the batter is still too thick add a little almondmilk to make it into a smooth mixture.
^^^2. Heat a baking pan & add a little coconut oil. Use a ladle and pour in 1/3 of the mixture. Bake for 3 min on 1 side, then turn and bake for another 2 min.
^^^4. Add strawberries, blueberries or other fruits of your choice as a topping.
^^^5. Pour over some maple syrup.
Delicious with Feel the Beet 03 cold pressed juice.
